Research Use & Regulatory Notice

This notice states what PuriPep LLC supplies, to whom, and on what terms. It is not a summary of the Terms of Service; where the two overlap, both apply, and the Terms govern.
1. What these products are
Every product sold on this site is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and authorised professional research use. They are research reagents. They are not drugs, medicinal products, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable authority for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.
They are not for human or veterinary consumption or administration, in any form, by any route.
2. What nothing on this site is
No statement published by Puripep — product pages, purity data, mechanism summaries, Learn articles, emails, chat replies, social posts or partner material — is a claim of clinical safety or efficacy, a therapeutic indication, or medical advice. Purity, identity and endotoxin figures describe the material in the vial. They say nothing about what that material does in a living subject, and they are not an implicit claim that it should be given to one.
Customer reviews published on this site describe packaging, documentation, shipping and the condition of the material as received. Reviews reporting personal use, physiological outcomes or administration are not published, and are removed when found.
3. Who may buy
By placing an order you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a contract;
- you are a qualified researcher, or you are ordering on behalf of a laboratory, university or research institution that is;
- you are trained and equipped to handle research chemicals safely, and you will use the material only for lawful research;
- you will not consume or administer the material, or allow it to be consumed or administered, to any human or animal;
- you will not resell, re-label, repackage or redistribute the material for human or animal use, and you will pass these restrictions on to anyone who handles it after you.
This statement is confirmed at the point of purchase: the cart requires it to be acknowledged before checkout opens.
4. What we will not advise on
Puripep gives no guidance on dose, route, frequency, protocol design, injection or administration of any kind, for humans or for animals. This is not a matter of caution in writing: support, chat and email decline those questions rather than answering them informally, and an order may be cancelled where the stated intended use falls outside laboratory research.
5. What we can help with
Certificates of Analysis and the analytical data behind them; lot numbers and batch documentation; the physical handling, storage and disposal of the material as a laboratory reagent; packaging, shipping, delivery and order status. Write to hello@puripep.com with the lot number printed on your vial and we will send what we hold for it.
6. Refusal and cancellation
We may decline, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, and we will do so where an order, a message or any surrounding correspondence indicates an intended use outside the scope set out above. Where an order is cancelled on these grounds it is refunded in full.
