Affiliate Compliance Terms

These terms apply to every partner promoting Puripep — affiliate network publishers, content creators, community operators and anyone issued a tracking link or discount code. They are a condition of participation, not guidance. Accepting a link means accepting them, and they apply to every placement you control: pages, posts, video, email, paid media, messaging groups and comments you author.
They sit on top of the Terms of Service and the Research Use & Regulatory Notice, which describe what these products are and are not.
1. Claims you may not make
You may not state, imply, illustrate or suggest by testimonial that a Puripep product produces any effect in a human or an animal. That includes, without limitation:
- weight loss, fat loss, appetite suppression or any change in body composition;
- muscle growth, strength, athletic performance or recovery from exertion;
- healing, injury repair, joint or tendon benefit, or any therapeutic outcome;
- anti-ageing, longevity, skin or hair benefit, energy, sleep, mood, libido or cognitive effect;
- treatment, prevention, diagnosis or cure of any condition, or any comparison to a prescription medicine on those grounds;
- any claim that the products are safe, approved, or suitable for human or veterinary use.
Framing does not rescue a prohibited claim. “Studies show”, “users report”, “for research purposes, of course”, a wink, a before-and-after photograph or a comment left under your own post all count as making it.
2. Guidance you may not give
No dose, no dosing schedule, no route, no injection or administration instructions, no reconstitution volumes presented as a preparation for use in a person, no stacking or cycling advice, and no protocol design — for humans or for animals. Do not answer these questions in comments or direct messages either. Point the person at hello@puripep.com, where the answer is the same refusal.
3. What you may say
Everything that is true about the material and the service: HPLC purity, mass-spec identity confirmation, endotoxin testing, Certificates of Analysis issued per lot, lot numbers printed on every vial, U.S. synthesis and dispatch, packaging and cold chain, shipping cost and delivery time, pricing, promotions and the returns policy. Quote the figures we publish, and do not improve them.
4. Required disclosures
Every placement carrying your link or code must disclose the commercial relationship clearly and up front, in the same medium as the promotion, in line with the FTC Endorsement Guides — not buried in a bio, a description fold or a hashtag block. Where the placement allows it, state that the products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
5. Channels and conduct
No unsolicited email or messaging, no paid search or paid social bidding on the Puripep brand name without written permission, no typosquat or lookalike domains, no cookie stuffing, no forced clicks, no incentivised traffic, and no coupon injection on checkout. Do not present yourself as Puripep or as speaking for it. Do not create accounts, pages or profiles using the Puripep name or marks.
6. Audience
Do not target minors, and do not place promotions in channels directed at them. Buyers must be 21 or over and confirm the research-use statement at checkout; your promotion must not suggest otherwise.
7. Breach
We review partner placements. A breach suspends your account and withholds pending commission on the traffic concerned while we look at it; a breach that is not corrected on request, or one that makes a health or dosing claim, terminates the partnership and forfeits unpaid commission. We may also require a specific placement to be taken down. Reports of non-compliant partner content go to hello@puripep.com.
Applying to the programme, or continuing to use a link already issued, is acceptance of these terms. Partner applications open on the affiliate page.
